A quick update at 10:30. The Explorers are off all over the place, meeting up with kids from everywhere. There's the Klaxons booming out from one stage, and Artic Monkeys from another. It's fair to say that they're having a good evening...

A reminder - there should also be information on the Community Channel - Sky 539, Virgin 233, and Freeview 87 (Freeview only between 6am and 9am).
There should be a Jamboree Radio Station (Promise FM) available (also on 87.7FM in the Chelmsford area!).
The Jamboree Daily Newspaper (One Word) should also available on the Internet
The BBC has a dedicated space for the World Scout Jamboree (with some set-up pictures, too!)
Andy will, hopefully, be adding pictures to his Flickr account.

it might sound like a stupid question but if u have a problem with it u will have to take it up with my dad cuz hes the one that asked it lol so yer im sure u dont have a problem but anyway enjoying??

Some Balsall Common Cubs and leaders made a day visit yesterday (Sunday). It was fantastic experience for us - can't imagine what it must be like to be there for the whole thing! It was amazing to see the variety of uniforms, but all recognizably Scouts. My plain green and white Balsall Common necker is now around the neck of a tall Austrian girl Scout - I think I got the best part of the swap!
